ROOM FOR RENT!

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS LISTED BELOW!

I am a student at GMU in Fairfax and will be leaving the country to study abroad in JANUARY. I will leave JANUARY 2nd-APRIL 24th. I am looking for someone to stay in my room for the duration that I will be gone. If you have needs for an extended stay, I could work with you and possibly extend until MAY 15th, but NO LATER, and NO SOONER than JANUARY.

The Rent is $500 a month + utilities (abt $50-75/month - which includes electricity, CABLE tv/internet, water, etc.). Cash or check.
you will have the MASTER BEDROOM & it will be FULLY FURNISHED.
(bed, 2 dressers, desk, futon, tv, bathroom cabinet.)

The master bedroom has a FULL bathroom which is attached to the room & a closet that runs the width of the room. (its HUGGEEE!)

LOOKING FOR::: a FEMALE, college student is preffered, but not required. The house is filled with 3 other girls, all students at George Mason, ages 20-21. They are fun and welcoming, and allow you all the personal time you need!

The house has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, AMAZZZINNG back deck! Awesome for having friends over, grilling out, or any kind of entertainment! The house is situated in a nice, calm, SAFE, family neighborhood right off of Exit 60 from I-66. It is 5 MINUTES DRIVE TO GEORGE MASON UNIVERSITY and is in a very convenient location for getting anywhere else!

$500 security deposit will required before move in. This money will be returned to you after you move out, assuming there is no extreme damage done to the room while I am gone.
